I love him
I really like Joe Weisenthal. On Bloomberg's odd-lots podcast/newsletter he honestly gives great normie/general interest opinions. He is active, upbeat, and retweets a lot of niche industry guys from the show.

Informative and engaging
Active, has some personality but keeps it light, and often interacts with interesting little niches. Learned a lot about the lumber industry during the height of covid price volatility for example. Quite helpful!

He wasn't really saying he was running a ponzi scheme he was sort of saying crypto itself was a ponzi scheme. You want someone who realizes crypto is dumb, but if they can trade it or take advantage of arbitrage opportunities you really do not care they make money. That's what he does :)

Lacks economic purpose
He's spot on with the money cycle in crypto but doesn't really advise on it. Pretty useless to listen to, I'd call it a "Waste of time"...
