Misleading...
Every time you see Jim Cramer scream ALL TIME HIGHS you think this is the one stock that’s going to make or break your year, and you go in heavy on it. Surprise surprise, after a 60% growth surge there’s a 10% pullback, and again you’re losing.

Irresponsible and unethical financial advice

Disappointing
Jim Cramer spent a long time hyping Lampert, claiming he would somehow unleash the value in Sears' real estate holdings. Instead Lampert just started selling off valuable parts such as exclusive brands (e. g. Craftsman is now owned by Stanley Black and Decker and sold in stores other than Sears) which one by one eliminated the reasons people used to shop at Sears.
